As credit accountant I was responsible for managing the accounts receivables for the countries Sweden, Great Britain and The Netherlands. I was furthermore playing a key part in the back office team, that provided back ground support through the maintenance of various reports and master data that were vital for the daily functioning of the department. Tasks could include Credit Check & Insurance, Invoicing, as well as maintaining the accuracy of Payment Terms in orders in SAP-FI.

Worked shortly as a substitute with call off purchasing in this world leading company in engineered polymer solutions.

Specops is a sales operation selling IT software and services. I was in charge of all finances and sales administration in the start-up face at Specops’ first US office in Philadelphia, PA. This gave me a better understanding for finance within start-ups, reports, financial statements, as well as the ability to explain and communicate the above. I acquired experience within forecasts, financial statements, and payroll. ERP- and CRM systems were a part of my day to day work.

During this 6 months internship I was working with everything from accounting to marketing. A big part of my job was to plan and market events, as to promote trade between Sweden and the Greater Philadelphia Region.

During this summer job as an accounting clerk I was working with accounting for 4 different companies within this group.

While attending university I was working part time as an accounting clerk at this retail group.
