During this stretch assignment, I led the business to retain all members of the management team, initiated its lean transformation, and improved its direct labor practices that resulted in growth of EBITDA by 50bps.
Interim Head of R&D Engineering for a Dexter Magnetic Technologies, a platform operating business under the Dexter Holdings umbrella. During this stretch assignment, I led the team to launch SolidWorks project management software and transitioned the engineering team to have a direct role in the company's NPI sales process that resulted in a 3x increase in successful NPI projects inclusive of owned and applied IP.
