Driving the comprehensive integration of the Internal Compliance Programme (ICP) at Sauter headquarters, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate objectives and regulatory standards, while strategically leading its rollout across all subsidiaries to establish a unified compliance framework, promote operational consistency, and mitigate risks on a global scale.

P&L responsible for Sauter Building Controls International (SBCI) activities in countries where no local entity is in place (Nordics, Eastern Europe, Middle-East and Africa) and 2 National Sales Organisations (Sweden and Serbia). Deputy for North America, Asia Pacific & Oceania. SBCI develops and further expands a network of Value Added Partners who market our products, systems and software in the field of HVAC and Building Management System.

Responsible for the strategic OEM accounts in Switzerland for all Vision Products. Responsibilities: • Forecast and Close Vision solutions with OEM’s • Develop and Execute plans for Sensors and Vision at OEM and Most Wanted Accounts • Ensure the customer service is provided at a high standard

Responsible for the Region (EMEA) Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa for Low Voltage Products. Establish, develop and enable local partners in regions / countries were we currently have no local Siemens LV organization.
