Im Tagesgeschäft unterstützen ein Team von 6 Mitarbeitern. -Selbstständige Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse; -Verantwortung für die Buchhaltung (Kreditoren, Debitoren, Anlagevermögen, Sachkonten, Reisekosten); -Überwachung der Finanzkennziffern, Liquiditätsplanung; -Statistiken, Steuermeldungen, Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen; -Erster Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Banken.

Erstellung des Monatsabschlusses in Form von Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung, ZM, Intrastat und Z4 Bericht. Vorbereitung der Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB/IFRS. Planung der Budget- und Forecasterstellung sowie deren Dokumentation im Laufe des Jahres. Reporting to Plant accountant: - assist in production of monthly and year-end management accounts. Responsible for Stock control: - close down and reconciliation, valuation and price updating. Month end reports: - reports for directors board packs, and preparation of other supporting reports for colleagues. Journal processing and posting: - overhead allocations, accruals and prepayments, yearend accruals analysis. Schedule and conduct plant meetings: - Attend regular meetings with non-financial managers

Assist the Commercial Accounting team in the preparation of client information for internal and external reporting purposes, covering the following: - New contract implementation - Calculation, submission and internal maintenance of product sales prices - Set up and maintenance of Sales Ledger Assist the Financial Accounting team in the preparation of management accounts: - Overhead accounting - Annual budgets and forecasts - Perpetual inventory reporting on weekly basis - Balance sheet reconciliation.
