- Collaborating with department leaders to define, prioritize and develop projects - Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to various deliverables - Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks and resource allocation - Overseeing the development of the department projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets and meeting deadlines - Drafting new and improving project management office processes

- Responsible for coordinating the daily business of the Monitoring Service in the technical area - Process development to optimize work flow in the field of personal dosimetry and logistics - Technical project management for the development of dosimetry systems and special machines in cooperation with dosimetry research groups and engineering companies

- Development of special machines for the automation of the Monitoring Service - Collaboration and technical support of international Monitoring Services by implementing our in-house developed OSL dosimetry system - Representation of the Monitoring Service at customer events, conventions and trade fairs
