•Using Siemens NX Version 1855, designed from scratch the casings of the main gearbox at Atak 2 Helicopter. Generated casting models of complex geometry with internal oil channels and then prepared the machining models linked to the casting models. •Modeled the NC machined aluminum, steel and titanium parts. •Design revision and drafting for Intermediate GearBox (IGB) housing parts of Gokbey helicopter with Catia V5 R22 integrated with Teamcenter 11. •Expert level usage of GD&T (ASME Y14.5).

• Experimental and computational work at Thermodynamics R&D Department. • Numerically simulated condensation on evaporator fins and boiling phenomenon using Ansys Workbench 17.2 with Fluent. • Using Siemens NX 10.0, designed components for prototyping new features in household appliances, prepared technical drawings for patent applications, designed and cleaned up geometries for CFD. • 12 patent applications filed based on innovative features in household appliances developed as a team.

•Taylor-made design of a a wafer cutting machine capable of slicing a plate of wafer every 2 seconds. •Based on an existing machine, designed from scratch a syrup coating drum of approx. 3.5m long and 1m diameter. •Designed following process equipment in confectionary and snacks industry: dough splitter & crumbler, robotic pick & place gripper & chassis, wafer cutter, dough depositor, coating machine, platform of steel construction, checkweigher, PU belt conveyors, chain and modular conveyors.
