Led end-to-end circuit provisioning, activation, testing, and troubleshooting for major U.S. carriers. Built automation scripts for provisioning workflows based on playbooks. Delivered Ethernet services (EVPL, E-Line, Epipe) over MPLS using Q-in-Q, VLAN translation, and LSPs. Executed migrations under strict change management. Used BluePlanet and Nokia ConfGen, plus tools like OcularIP, MCP, Remedy, and Tableau, and created knowledge base content.
