Worked for an Austrian Energy Fund, established for developing and realization of small-to-mid-scale (1-75 MW) hydropower projects in several countries like Turkey, Albania, Scandinavia and Alpine Region countries, by investing renewable projects in Turkey.

Led German engineering and consultancy firm Fichtner GmbH as an executive, delivering consultancy and Lenders’ Engineering Services for the World Bank, IFC, EBRD, and commercial banks.

Directed renewables, primarily large-scale hydropower projects across Turkey, overseeing business development, project acquisitions, management of civil, electrical and hydromechanical works and the formulation of mid- to long-term business strategies.

Served as Project Engineer for an international consortium for the realization of Turkey’s 4th largest hydropower project (1,200 MW) with an investment amount of EUR 1.2 billion. Prepared BOQs for civil and E&M works, technical specifications, tender documents, and EIA and RAP reports in compliance with World Bank directives.
