Currently working as Engineering Manager in Flight Control System within Airborne platform and Systems Business at TATA Aerospace and Defense. In my current role, I’m leading a team of 30 people in UAS Flight Control, Navigation & Guidance system development area. I’m also responsible for project technical bid preparation, Demo presentation, customer discussions and cross OEM collaboration for MALE and Small Unmanned platforms.

I was working as senior Engineering Manager of a team of 50 Engineers in long range and short range Radar Perception function development for Autonomous Mobility application. My team was responsible for entire radar object processing signal chain- object formation and dynamic property estimation using tracking, association, object classification incl. microdoppler based VRU classification, infra road estimation, radar- camera fusion for different generation of continental radar sensors.

Worked as lead GNC Engineer in areas of fixed wing and VTOL UAS flight control, Navigation, Payload (Radar, Camera) Tracking, and Multi sensor data fusion for aerospace Surveillance and Reconnaissance application.

I was working as control system Engineer in Marine Engine Control, Diagnostics and health monitoring algorithm across GE marine engines.

Spacecraft Attitude and Orbit Control system, Attitude Estimation for Indian communication and remote sensing satellites.
