As a Cloud Systems Engineer I act as a pre-sales technology consultant for Cisco account teams and partners all over the world supporting them in various sales opportunities. My role involves delivering presentations on Cisco solutions to partners and customers and providing competitive information and strategic advice on IT system architectures.

The Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) is an international Trainee-Program from Cisco EMEA in Amsterdam. Through classes, personal coaching, conferences, role plays and on-the-job trainings, this program is a development track where the associate is able to develop his interpersonal - communication skills, sales, business, and finance skills, as well as an understanding of Cisco networking products, solutions, architectures and services, in order to prepare him to excel as a Cisco sales team member.

Schwerpunkte: • Unterstützung bei Entwicklung und Test von Netzplanungssoftware • Erstellung von Importroutinen für Netzplanungssoftware zur Dokumentation der Netztechnik • Administration von Anwenderzugängen • Aufsetzen von Anwenderdokumentationsplattformen (Sharepoint, Confluence) • Unterstützung bei Oracle Datenbank Support
