 Design and manufacture a variety of new components by considering concept and milestone definition, design methodology, assembly definition, mechanical properties, tolerance analysis, customer requirements, value analysis, DFM, DOE, etc.  Creating 3D models and 2D drawings with details using Solidworks and preparing technical documents: data sheets, working instructions, procurement inquiries, BOM, CP, ITP, etc. to support all production steps.

Led manufacturing team and coordinate regular meetings between engineering departments to define the best manufacturing strategy based on standards, timing, cost, geometrical accuracy, material and product performance, etc. Design, manufacture prototypes, develop and support innovative parts and prepare them for evaluation and verification tests and then implement modifications and improvements in parts as required by the design team and feedback from test results.
