1. Liaise with different phartners including student groups, institutions, schools or other external parties 2. Organize, coordinate and implement student and social service activities and events (e.g. Organ Donation Day 2017) 3. Prepare publication materials, scripts and any other support in social media

1. Support trainings and projects’ administrative and logistic arrangement 2. Coordinate and communicate with different external and internal stakeholders of projects 3. Assist in planning and conducting seminars / meetings / events relating to capacity building for NGOs (e.g. HR Forum 2015, CEO Luncheon 2016)

1. Provide support to Registry-related functions including admission exercises, promotion activities (e.g. Joining the China Higher Education Exhibition 2015 in Malaysia) 2. Assist in planning and conducting academic ceremonies 3. Assist in manning the counter and handle general enquiries
