• Followed and supported the work of Working Party on International Environmental Issues and the UN Commission on Sustainable development; • Facilitated communication in between EU, national and international institutions

• Gathered and analysed information on experience with carbon finance in the poorest countries, with a special focus on CDCF; • Complemented the existing materials; • Wrote brochure summarized the findings.

• Advised Members of European Parliament (MEP) on environmental, climate change, energy, public health and food safety issues; • Worked in the Committee on Environment, Climate Change, Budgets, the Delegation to the EU-Kazakhstan, EU-Kyrgyzstan and EU-Uzbekistan Parliamentary Cooperation Committees and the ACP Committee; • Initiated and worked on legislative proposals related to EU Climate and Energy Package

• Advised the director and the minister on policy and strategy making regarding the design, the implementation and the monitoring of EU co-funded projects; • Wrote chapters of national programs e.g. National Allocation Plan and monitoring reports; • Provided consolidated financial plans; • Carried out risk assessment, analysis, evaluation and supervision of the implementation and development of the high profile EU co-funded projects; • Designed and monitored physical and financial indicators

• Co-ordinated the preparation for the EU accession in the field of environment and transport; • Tracked developments in national legal regulations concerning EU co-funded environmental and transport projects, the National Development Plan; • Advised the Minister and the line ministries on the proper management of projects; • Carried out system and sector audits; • Compiled audit trails, training plans and manuals
