Project Manager – Energy & Climate (BMUV, BMWi, EU Projects) Facilitated climate partnerships between German municipalities, developed assessment tools for 100% renewable energy strategies, and initiated cross-sector collaboration in the energy and mobility sectors. Researcher – Sustainability & Culture (Indonesia Centre for Sustainable Development) Conducted field research in Sumatra on sustainable forest management and indigenous livelihoods (Orang Rimba). Explored cultural dynamics and organizational practices in a comparative study of German and Indonesian institutions.
