-Book Business trips for the colleagues: -booking charter flights -booking rentcars from the Fuhrpark -Administer the trips in the SAP System -Keeping in touch with the leaders, colleagues, the travel agency, which is responsible for the bookings, transfer company and the internal systems -German-speaking correspondence with the office in Germany -Order catering for the meeting
