Development and support of Audatex insurance solutions. Implementation of claim registration platform, based on Apache Click framework.

Leading development of new features in Loyalty program of IHG. Task estimation and assignment, code reviews, track work progress and arrange task priorities. Provide technical decisions. Teamwork results presentation, including demos. All kinds of internal and external communication, track and follow up on risks and issues, provide weekly status updates to Product Managers on both EPAM and customer's sides. Run grooming and planning sessions, communicate team's estimations and commitments to customer.
