Advises energy and high-tech companies on investments, regulatory. project finance, corporate and construction matters. Eugenia is one of the few Belarus lawyers with knowledge and experience with FIDIC contracts. She regularly advises clients on Belarus preferential regimes in investment activity.

Attending in the implementation of the EU4Energy Programme Component 3 of "Legislative and Regulatory Environment and Key Energy Infrastructure". The purpose of the Programme is to prepare Roadmap for Investment in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in Belarus

- I analysed the best European practices in wind power plants construction as well as prepared recommendation for Belarus. - I was also responsible for drafting the strategy for wind energy in Belarus, roadmap for administrative procedures for construction of wind power plants in Belarus. -I was fully involved in preparation of bid documents for the integrated management services, including structuring of Wind Private Finance Organization, drafting an agreement with the service provider.
