Smolsol was a start-up that I founded in January 2016. The company focused on two business areas: design microlearning content to prepare new product-launches for sales teams and for customer applications mainly in industry 4.0 sector. Furthermore to support companies in building modern learning environments for their customers and employees.

The ARS is a private training center which focuses on law, taxes and economics. There I worked as an expert. The goal of my job was to drive the development of a new department for the B2B area. Besides the structural set up, a number of new products were developed and launched. Additional support of key accounts with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and optimization of the customer relationship management.
The Werbe Akademie is a training and further education center for market communication and graphic design in Austria. As a senior lecturer I was responsible to give an overview of the development of market communications and graphic design from the beginning until today.
