The Quality Department serves as a central resource for Michigan Medicine. The mission of the Quality Department is to provide a comprehensive, system-wide approach to achieve the highest quality and safest patient care. The PMO team provides a structured project management approach and toolset to further high priority initiatives aligned with Michigan Medicine’s strategic priorities. We serve cross-functional teams and are catalysts for change.
