Additionnally to the Job Assistant Support Engineer: dispatching service technicians in the french-speaking Switzerland for bringing into service buildings with emergency lighting and / or light control.

Key User for "claiming-management system"; Internal Trainer for other users. Leading Trainigsessions in France, Belgium, Austria and Germany. Handling technical complaints, sending spare parts, arranging the return of failure parts if necessary, working out solutions together with the particular manufacturing plant (correspondence in German, English or French), deciding the distribution of costs of a claim.

Organisation of bus trips in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and France, from customer’s inquiry to the booking of all service providers, preparing a detailed programme of the tour, invoicing

Independently order processing, customs documents, invoicing, responsibility for stock monitoring, managing returned goods

German, English and French, common office work (contract of limited duration)

Reception of guests, Check-Out, Reservations for excursions and for restaurants, sale of parc entrance tickets, information and tips for tours in Paris
