I work with clients across the globe to tackle challenges in their organizations. Highly consultative interactions are the basis for client relationships that go beyond our solution. Clients value my entrepreneurial mindset and customized solutions I build. I lead the client development for a new, customized women’s leadership program for a global firm with significant impact. I also co-lead the positioning of our entrepreneurial leadership assets for the corporate segment.

As a Vice President of Client Services, I managed global relationships with clients in all industries with a focus on Talent Management and Career Management initiatives.

As business partner for 3 thought leaders who each lead a research consortium I worked on positioning and value proposition for corporations, thus expanding the centers’ reach beyond members. I also acquired and lead a portfolio of custom solutions for corporations around the globe. In collaboration with a global pharma firm that transitioned from a closed to an open innovation platform, I created a custom solution to support the change; the relationship lasted for 8 years through implementation.

I was hired to build a portfolio of programs with not-for-profit clients in Europe. While the institute’s faculty leader developed academic services (research, student exchange), I acquired clients, lead the procurement and managed operations with a staff of 2. As such, I had complete P&L responsibility of Europe Institute as a profit center. One flagship program involved a 2-week long boot camp program sponsored by Gordon Brown, Chancellor of the Exchequer, and Member of the British Parliament.

This “first in the world” science, education and entrepreneurship consulate opened in 2000. Its success lead to a global network (Swissnex). The Swiss government covered operating expenses, but all initiatives had to be underwritten. As founding member, I managed strategic community outreach, operations, media & public relations, and enjoyed a key role in business development. I developed and lead many initiatives such as “Women in Academia & Science” and “New Entrepreneurs in Technology & Science”.

In this role I oversaw all operational and marketing activities for Swiss Teenagers who were in an exchange program that enrolled them in a foreign High School for one year. I managed the P&L and staffing for the program and assumed responsibility for all public relations and counseling situations, some of which involved parents (clients), lawyers, and journalists. During my tenure I grew the participant base by 40%.
