Adopted QA in several contribution teams. Responcible for tools supporting, syncing with each other and enchancing/developing. Deployed new QA tool (Zephyr Scale) in the Bank. Created sync automation tool (Java, REST, SQL). Reworked collection of Bank SW Quality metrics. Coordinator of “Bank QA Guild” – community for professionals.

Perform Quality Assurance for global bank software project that collect, process and distribute financial data. Improve SW development processes, document the process and reduce the mess. Manage agile QA team.

Plan SW products releases, coordinate work of 15+ people directly and more than 500 indirectly. Lead virtual team (30+ people of Program managers, adopt and improve SW release processes. Responcible for Intel commercial and Open Source software: Parallel Studio XE, MPI, ITAC, IMB, PAL, MKL, IMLTS, LIBM, SVML. Kept developer experience warm with SW bug fixing, impelmenting metrics collection, processes automation scripts.

Supported build/test infrastructure for LIBM/SVML/IMLTS, implementation and testing Decimal FP library, math headers for Intel compilers, LIBM-compiler team coordination, support and enhance IMLTS for HW validation.
