A part-time project to translate into English the main website of the company, creating new marketing and sales materials, marketing research (working remotely from Munich).

Marketing planning, channel strategy, pricing and margin optimization, promotions, new product commercialization and control over marketing budget. Portfolio of over 3000 products, evaluated on business performance. Cooperated with local and foreign distributors, suppliers and converters, also in multinational teams within 3M. Created an online education platform for end-users. Replicated multiple 3M websites, CMS and Extranet administrator, implemented SEM & SEO campaigns.

Provided administrative and organization support for projects such as strategic workshops and assessments (procurement, project management, invoicing, creating agreements and supervision over external bookkeeping). Ensuring all external and internal deadlines are met, working with a team of trainers. Planned and carried out marketing projects and crated marketing and sales brochures for clients.
