Conducted analysis and process design studies to improve high-efficiency solar cell production. Developed innovative cell-cutting techniques and optimized PV module materials, component configurations, and manufacturing parameters through module fabrication.

Conducted solid modeling and mechanical analysis of glass-glass framed photovoltaic modules to optimize connection design under various load conditions. Performed 3D modeling and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using SolidWorks and ANSYS to evaluate stress distribution and mechanical deformation. Supported project objectives by analyzing structural performance and providing recommendations for improved module reliability.
