Sales and Customer Communications Management • Used CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage distributors and new leads and an ERP system daily. Prepared and invoiced order documents and dispatch notes utilizing ERP software. • Worked in a fast paced international company. • Managed B2B sales of the company. Clients were mostly distributors in different countries. Growth of sales achieved by exploring new potentials in countries that company did not enter before.

Worked on projects for a 6-month internship. Project goal was to increase the share of legal betting online for a government sponsored betting company, wherein I supported the investigation on the gradually increasing popularity of illegal betting websites by leveraging digital marketing tools and generated insights to promote legal betting. Analysis and recommendations led to a 5% decrease in illegal betting and a projected 2% increase in customer turnout for the client.

Improved upon marketing, accounting, decision making, quantitative methods, strategic management, operations management, and project management. • Participated in an experiential, off-campus action learning weekend, and took innovative activity-based exercises and attended a business simulation that provided valuable experiential learning of trade, sales, and operations.

• High level modules including concentration on business fundamentals in relation to the construction sector, construction management, project management and engineering management. Completed final project on Transportation Engineering Design by planning, designing and presenting the production of an interchange road.

• Gained Sprachdiplom language certificate with C1 degree of German language proficiency. • Achieved first place reward in the Känguru-Wettbewerb which is an international mathematics competition.
