- Responsible of Renault Clio IV, Clio V and Megane Sedan automobile’s glass and auxiliary parts, steering wheel, seat belt, airbag, buckle etc. and mirror parts, exterior parts -Manage the customer complaints based on bought of parts -Manage the sorting activity by supplier representative -8D,5WHY, fishbone, Ishikawa analysis, risk analysis, action report -Manage the PSW process of new parts and/or modifications using the tool ANPQP -Perform audits and technical visits to suppliers

* Supporting customers such as MAN, Autoliv, Takata, Mercedes Benz and Volvo for prototype-serial tools and part production * Preparation of feasibility forms, producability analysis, quotation forms and max. capacity analysis * PPAP files

-7 month contracted traineeship within Application Technology Laboratory -Development of floor cleaner to improve quick drying performance. -Detergent analysis in terms of nonionic and anionic activity, total active compound, solid material, viscosity and pH measurement depending on customer request -Development of aminoxide by changing amine type (in lab scale), in order to produce in production plant
