As a Resourcing Manager within the in-house recruitment team, I am responsible for delivering a best in class recruitment service to ITV Studios and Creative. Managing high volume recruitment from entry level up to and including Director Level. My role is very busy and fast paced as I work to maintain 97% direct hire across ITV and 100% direct hire within studios.

As a Recruitment Advisor within the in-house recruitment team, I take a proactive approach in delivering a best in class recruitment service to my business area's. From Daily liaison with business area stakeholders, working closely with my HRBP's, gathering detailed Job requirements, effective campaigning, candidate screening, conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process from end to end. Whilst leading and supporting recruitment projects.

Specialist in delivering interim talent resourcing solutions within RPO managed service, large recruitment campaigns and contingency recruitment to clients in various industries, mainly focusing on: pharmaceutical, healthcare and medical devices.
