Analysis, Productivity & Sample management. .Preparation of WRS, TS, VS, indicator and Standardization of VS. .Perform QC instrument operation & calibration (HPLC, GC, TOC, UV, FTIR etc.) .Wash water analysis & chemical analysis of Purified, Raw, ETP and Potable Water. .Good Command in SAP, LIMS, LMS,QMS

• Sampling of assigned incoming raw materials (API & Excipient) as per sampling plan & SOP, maintain sampling record and affix sampling label after sampling. • Daily Calibration of Mettler Toledo pH Meter & Conductivity Meter in QC Laboratory. • Sometimes Carry out analysis of Packaging Product Assigned by the Managers • Able to perform FTIR, Particle Size Analyzer, Sieve Analyzer, LOD Machine, Muffle Furnace, Karl Fischer Auto titrator, Disintegration Tester, Melting Point etc.
