As a Trainee in the Accessories department I was responsible for their first own developed Kneepads. I started with a market analysis, made a comparison between products of Competitors and checked their sales strategy including their social Media accounts. Checked medicine parts of Knees and created an USP. Designed with Adobe Illustrator my own designs and communicated the prototype production with manufacturers from China. Tested the prototypes and made two more loops for a final Product.

As a Process Apprentice, I supported as a working student Mold Tooling and Process Director with optimizing the order process of mold toolings. Created an Excel tool for better and faster way comparing offers from different manufacturers. Made the supplier evaluation for quality audits. Did a project work in product development of a hose marking. That included a Market analysis, cost breakdown & saving opportunities, construction of a molding tool the product itself and the sales + distribution of it.

As a Wholesale Apprentice, I did the customer service B2B and B2C, Acquisition of new clients, arranged Logistics and customs handlings, Consultant at trade fairs. Supported the CEO by cost calculations in Skatepark Projects. Consulting customers from different countries on large orders.
