Über mich
I am working in the semiconductor world since 2014, on both backend and frontend topics. Currently as process integration engineer for the newest generation of MEMS microphones and gas sensors. My competences cover the complete frontend production chain, from fabin of the unstructured wafer until outgoing optical and electrical inspection of the final product. My work is hence focused on combining the demands from different sides, such as single process development, (high-volume) production, logistics and marketing to create the best possible solution for everyone, including our customer. Additionally I am working in close proximity to single process development groups in order to develop innovative processes to advance and refine our existing technology portfolio, e.g. new passivation layers, heat dissipation materials or novel sensor technologies.
