As a consultant, I have worked on several projects linked to retail and franchising and also as Spin Doctor for election campaigns, new business development, training and strategic marketing.

Over the years, within the organization of Mesa-Lab I carried out various tasks including consulting and the development of in-house and customer projects, business activities, marketing, Company strategy and project management, operations organizational activities, overseeing production.

Strategic planning definition, strategy and reorganization of the Zoppas Industries Group, Business Plan development with a view to creating new business units in Mexico, China and Romania.

I worked on numerous projects including the drafting of strategic plans for the development of Hungary as a tourist destination.
