    Eventim is the biggest ticketing company in Europe for varied events. I currently provide support for the administrators of the Eventim Web Shops and Mobile Apps of the different subsidiaries. Based in Germany, the company also has branches in Europe (Italy, Poland, Russia, Spain, UK, Scandinavia,…), Israel and Brazil. We need to make sure clients can purchase their tickets at anytime, and the local web shop administrators are able to do what they need by using our back-office systems.

    Consultancy services in Moscow for the ticketing venues IT setup (ticket printing terminals and other equipment) and support operation for the FIFA Confederations Cup 2017. That involved negotiations with Russian 3rd party HR supplier, definition of team structure, training and allocation of professionals over time and venues. The delivery of the project was carried out by the in-house Russian team - and they have done a tremendous job, I was there as football fan to witness it.
