Electronics and control software for optical display prototypes. - Technical lead, robotic measurement automation: DENSO COBOTTA PRO six-axis robot with interchangeable measurement heads, C#/.NET 8 control app, kinematics-based safety gate, 3D simulation with 1,000+ automated tests. - LED driver: TPS92692 constant-current driver, schematic, EMC-aware PCB and STM32 firmware; shown at SID Display Week. - Switchable LC controller: ATtiny85 PCB and firmware.

Medical-device electronics: PCB/PCBA review, embedded C firmware and debugging, sensor integration, TouchGFX GUI and product testing. - Laparoscopy system with smoke evacuation and gas control: compressor/motor control, sensor interfaces, gas heating and pressure control; preclinical trials at TUM Klinikum. - Hoenle bluepoint LED: EMC-aware PCBA review, TouchGFX GUI; product released commercially. - Sterilization device: PCB and firmware debugging.

Embedded hardware for industrial and medical systems: schematic design, PCB layout, analog simulation, prototyping, testing and production support; also coordinated customer requirements and schedules. - Vehicle mobility management system: STM32F767 hardware with Ethernet PHY, GPS and touchscreen. - Dental chair control unit: PCB for DC motor control and positioning. - Autoclave control system: PT100 sensing, pressure monitoring, vacuum motor and heater control.

Embedded electronics for industrial air-quality monitoring and data acquisition: PCB design, sensor integration, analog circuit simulation (OrCAD PSpice), firmware testing and system validation. - Air quality monitoring data logger: TVOC, particulate matter and CO measurement, sensor data acquisition and measurement validation.
