My responsibilities included sourcing highly technical and senior management candidates worldwide for a number of multinational clients, providing market intelligence and understanding the synergy between client requirements and candidate needs. I have been successful in placing candidates in various industry sectors which include Engineering and Construction, IT and Telecommunications, Banking and Finance, FMCG and Real Estate Development from/in various locations.

•Sourcing, Interviewing, short listing of candidates using the following methods •Liaising with agencies •Conducting campus recruitment •Walk in interviews •Referrals from employees •Conducting the necessary tests required for the short listed candidates •Presenting them to the line managers and getting their feedback •Issuing of offer letters, taking care of the joining formalities •Conducting the induction programme and joining details to the concerned departments •Generating Reports

•Lead a team of 7 executives and constantly monitoring their performance in order to accomplish the set targets •Identifying and understanding client requirements, servicing different clients like Infosys, Accenture, AOL, AXA, Transworks , IBM to name a few •Comfortable using different techniques such as - aptitude test, analytical ability, Thomas profile, psychometric analysis, etc •Designing and conducting training programs according to candidate and client needs
