The main part of my work revolves around the implementation of various sourcing techniques via Social Media networks to identify and contact potential candidates, performing resume screening and prescreen interviews, and guiding candidates through the first steps in the recruitment process by mediating communication between candidates and clients.

I enjoyed teaching English to Japanese students from all walks of life. Some of them were businessmen, while others were artists, high schoolers, physicists, doctors, engineers. You name it! Once I had a 2-year-old in my class! It was so much fun!
