Hydrogen infrastructure development in Wilhelmshaven, Germany, aimed at enabling green hydrogen import and distribution to support the country's energy transition. The project brings together multiple engineering and technical disciplines, requiring a robust and well-structured document control framework across all project phases. Maintained the MDR, coding system, and structured document workflows in SharePoint and ACC, managed user access, and prepared weekly/monthly technical reports.

A large-scale gas pipeline construction project spanning multiple cities in Iran, involving coordination between the client, vendors, and various engineering disciplines. The project required precise document tracking and formal transmittal processes between all involved parties throughout the engineering and construction phases. Handled document control across the project lifecycle-issuing approved transmittals, coordinating with technical disciplines, and managing document exchange.

South Pars Phase 14 refinery, developed by a consortium of 8 companies, was one of Iran's mega gas processing projects in Asalouyeh, requiring tight document coordination across multiple engineering disciplines. As Document Controller, I maintained the MDR across client and vendor documents, registered AFC engineering documents via FTP, issued signed transmittals for client submissions, compiled technical status reports, and liaised with Process, Electrical, Instrument, and Safety teams.

South Pars Phase 12 was part of Iran's landmark gas development program in Asalouyeh, focused on expanding national gas processing capacity through a large offshore-onshore engineering effort. As Document Controller, I updated the MDR shared with the client, issued approved transmittals, managed document dispatch in print and electronic formats, registered design documents via FTP, maintained the technical archive, and coordinated with teams.
