- Pilot specific industrial project: Greenfield, multi activities site, transfer, re-location … within the Product Group. - Responsible for project management, timing, coordination. - Develop and transfer competencies from PG to RO/PL and sites within his perimeter. - Participate to processes definition taking into account industrial layout.

- Analyze company processes and procedures. - Establish norms and standards (IATF, VDA, VW norms, etc...). - Conduct risk analysis (FMEA) sessions. - Create, review and update flowcharts, FMEAs and control plans. - Develop plans to improve production efficiency and decrease production costs with HAI-V activities (Line Balance and MUDA elimination activities) - Lead multidisciplinary teams to implement improvement plans.

I am in charge of implementing new technologies, and implementing best practices resulting in consistent , and high quality product delivery. Planning, monitoring and improving the maintenance actions / Management of service-related downtime with monthly results analysis reports and with corrective action plans to reduce downtime and evaluate technicians and equipment / Supports technical investigations for defects discovered during test activities.

I worked on the project named "Study, design and realization of a walking robot kit ": - Project planning with MS project. - Study and analysis of the needs of the different customers. - Elaboration of the functional specifications. - Modeling and sizing the robot. - Design of two prototypes with Solidworks. - Printing the prototypes with Raise 3D printer. - Writing a detailed report with LATEX.

Design and realization of a robotic product oriented to the academic use: - Elaboration of a full economic analysis. - Design and realization of the development board based on Atmega328P-PU. - Design of the robot parts using Solidworks. - Creation of the designed parts using Ultimaker 3D printer. - Elaboration of the technical documentation of the robot.

ENICarthage Robots is an national robotics event held in the national engineering school of carthage since 2015 . I'm providing an overall direction, coordination and guidance of the committees' activities and I'm ensuring that their operational plans, their workforce and expenses reflect the priorities established by the executive office.

Installation and testing of the flexible automatic cable crimping unit KOMAX ALPHA 355 and the test system TS1500: - Elaboration of the technical files of the two machines. - Preparation of application documentation for the installation according to the specific needs of the company. - Design of a self-management system for the TS1500 test system.

Diagnosis and optimization of the automatic system of the Tetra Therm Aseptic machine and Tetra Pak A3/Flex machine designed to easily change the format of the contents and the type of packaging: - Calibration of machine sensors with industrial tests. - The creation of a LADDER program for the optimization of the control part. - Preparation of all technical documentation for the testing and the planning of periodic maintenance.

As a mechatronic engineer, I learned to keenly focus on the synergistic integration of mechanics, electronics, control theory, and computer science within product design and manufacturing, in order to improve and/or optimize its functionality.
