The of task of demand manager is to manage the customer relationship, consultation on the requirements of different kinds, creation of functional specifications and business case (in cooperation with business), organization of workshops. After harvesting, the demand requirements as a project manager responsible for the convening of a virtual team (IT architects, engineers, developers) and then the agreement shall convene a strategy meeting with business customers on detailizations requirements.
