Own product strategy and execution across Okadoo’s supplier app, buyer marketplace, and internal dashboard, from discovery and PRDs to delivery and iteration. Lead a team of 4 engineers and 1 designer in Scrum. Translate user and operational feedback into prioritized backlogs. Improved sprint predictability from 50% to ~80% and increased supplier acceptance by 20% through a redesigned onboarding flow.

Led end-to-end LMS ownership, gathering user feedback to define and prioritize the roadmap. Developed and configured platform features with clear requirements and acceptance criteria, coordinating delivery with stakeholders. Designed learning journeys, courses, assessments, SCORM and H5P content adopted by 600 students and 20 instructors. Introduced the LMS institution-wide, reducing student absence by nearly 70% and improving completion and engagement.

Led cross-functional delivery of web projects from discovery to launch, managing scope, timelines, and quality across multiple engagements. Gathered requirements and created structured documentation and Figma wireframes to guide development. Improved designer-developer handoffs through annotated prototypes, reducing alignment cycles and rework.
