•Work as the decision maker for 4P. •Decision maker for the segmentation of stores, product groups and assortment of the stores •Lead a team to develop and implement category strategies for key products: product lifecycle management, supplier mix, brand penetration, business development, revenue and margin plans, product launches, supply chain plans, cost strategies, and execution plans.

•Give the necessary marketing support to ensure the increase in the sales by analyzing market trends, products', channel's and distributors' sales •Analyze product life cycles to give the decision for the phase in-phase out. •Prepare the product catalogues •Make the sales' budgets in SKU detail as analyzing the stock optimization
