Receiving a project request.- Managing all project resources, establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the customerLeading a project team in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract. - Managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables - Planning, tracking, change control, and risk management

- Project management support, analysis of functions and recommendations that provide significant value to the project manager. Reporting on project and program status - Creating and updating reports, presentations, financial and deployment plans and forecasts - Provide backup to other team members and provide admin support to the Program as required

Handle exclusion baseline management & related approvals (exception list of devices and/or services which are not invoiced to the customer due to various reasons) - Manage static data Perform QA on requested changes to primary sources (request validation) -Verify that requested changes to data sources are correctly performed - Perform pro-active quality management by comparing sources with alternate sources and/or comparing against the live environment to ensure our trusted sources remain trusted

Work under the direction of the Project Manager to assist in driving projects to successful completion --Responsible for the transfer of Service (Workload Transfer) from / into any Delivery Centre location --- -Provide direction and compliance assistance for the processes, tasks, and activities performed in a project. -Set up the project control book, enter data, perform risk management, track issues and changes
