o Successfully designed and delivered electrical protections systems, reducing the document delivery time in more than 25% (from 21 days to 15 days). o Responsible for the supervision of 2 senior CAD technicians, and identifying assertively the installation conflicts between each discipline to provide feasible designs as planned. o Participating in drawing and document review workshops with management and contractors.

o Leading, planning and managing successfully the expansion of +550 existing radio bases and shelters around the country in 18 months, supervising effectively 6 Junior Engineers, supported by 4 Intermediate CAD technicians and +15 contractors. o Achievement on the reduction of 12% in the budget of multiple projects execution and constructions delivery time with more than 7% in advance. o Provided training on electrical installations and safety regulations to Engineers and technicians.

o Responsible for the design, activity planning and installation works, mentoring of 3 Junior Engineers and 2 CAD technicians. o Participating in drawing and document review workshops with management and contractors, including the proposal of the technical solution on site for multiple constructions. o Assertive technical solution negotiation with clients in the scope of work and developing new strategies for project implementation, improving in 30% the project delivery time (from 30 days to 22 days).

o Effective 100% acting as the liaison with the Enterprise and the Client for design approval. o Responsible for the activity planning and developing of technical solutions of the Company. o Providing training and technical support to the business department, increasing sales by 35%.
