Planning, organizing and supervising the operation of the programs and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of programs; developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the agency; advising and consulting regularly with division managers regarding the projects; recommending final decisions regarding policy, operations, and administrative procedures of the program.
