Leads the international team defining, applying, controlling and measuring the results of the outsourcing strategy. Improved the procurement culture, visibility and communication with stakeholders and businesses/functions developing a customer-oriented approach.

Manager of Purchasing & Supply Chain Department. Procurement is performed both through a team of buyers in Italy and a trading company in Shanghai. Company deals with international bids and supplies technical goods for both top private customers and international organizations like Onu, Unesco, WFP, EU.

Joint venture Alitalia SpA - Lufthansa Technik AG. Project manager within maintenance services for airlines in USA and Germany, ranging from flat-rate to time & material contract agreements. Aircraft engines maintenance and overhaul, modifications and mechanical refurbishment, performance restoration and fleet upgrade.

Maintenanccee shop engineering. Responsible for General Electric CF6-50 and CF6-80 turbofan maintenance. Engine work scope definition, technical support to production department, liaise with OEM and technical authority (FAA, Enac).

Mechanical Full scale testing, West Jefferson pipeline test, crack-arrest testing burst test accomplished inside military compounds, test of API oil tubes joints, automotive components, hydraulic off-highway vehicles.
