I'm a management engineer with international study and work experiences in Germany, USA, France and Spain. Passionate about new technologies, project management, business strategy and data science. I have experience in operations management of 2 American manufacturing companies in different roles: digital data engineer, process engineer, project leader, continuous improvement and training coordinator. I enjoy working with people, undertaking strategic tasks and feel an asset for the company I work for; at work and in my everyday life I always try to make the difference and to bring an added value to everything I do. Currently based in Erfurt (Germany) undergoing the second rotation of Avery Dennison's Early Career Program (2-year rotational graduate program) in the Operations stream. Proficient in quantitative and analytical competencies, innovation, teamwork, PSDM (problem solving and decision making) and languages.
