- SAP HCM support for retail (over 20k staff), OM, PA, PY, PT. - Managing system improvement process - Gathering and analyzing of business requirements from HR Business Owners, documentating the functional/technical requirements (for ABAP developers) as well as developing solutions and identify any potential process changes affected. - Development of user support documentation and providing training and coaching to end users - Providing data migration with LSMW utility

- Implementation of data migration process - Checkout of data catalogue (addresses, awards, job types) - Gathering and analyzing of business requirements from HR Business Owners, documentating the functional/technical requirements as well as developing solutions and identify any potential process changes affected. - Development of user support documentation and providing training and coaching to end users - Supporting end users and other client staff - Testing of new developments, creating reports.
