Implemented improvements in the core API. Made investigations in a vast codebase (a lot of microservices) and contacted different teams across the company to help write Technical Specifications for upcoming Sprints. Took part of Cross Functional Meetings (along Design and Product Teams) to boil down future work as Interim Tech Lead for my team.

Kafka-based data pipelines using Rust. Backend work on several of the internal (micro)-services, mainly in Rust, Python, Typescript, Kotlin and Go. Also worked on some internal tooling (Rust based CLIs). Set up Continous Integration pipelines (on Github Actions) for all the company Rust repositories. Infrastructure work via Terraform and Kubernetes deployments configuration via Helm. Technical interviews for candidates to the Engineering Team.

C++ Software Development. Tasks include optimizing performance of geometric algorithms ran in distributed systems, debugging and implement enhancements and ne features. Been in different roles in projects across the global team, from development to leading projects. Maintenance of an internal Neovim configuration for C++ development. Part of the Chilean Inclusion and Diversity Initiative. Technical interviews for candidates to the Chilean site.
