Responsible for independently design, build and maintain efficient global processes on several projects, processes and systems (SAP module PPPI and MES Systems, e.g.: WERUM - PAS-X): Working in multiple global projects; A sound and broad experience in process design that enable to maintain, design and implement standard processes in time and budget.

Identification of improvement opportunities and development of proposals in coordination with the Global Process Owner; Definition of standardization for processes and/or systems in coordination with the GPO, Business and IT; Working in global projects; Definition and alignment of user requirements with the stakeholders; Supports ongoing operation of processes and applications; Management of user communities and spreading of best practices; Ensures compliance and validated state of processes and systems;

Plan and track activities and deliverables assigned to the Team and the area (functional as well as training, testing, cut over, etc.) Reviews all process changes and assesses impact on other processes Conducts impact assessments against Template and drives organizational change Designs processes (local and global) Develops user requirements and the to-be processes based on business requirements Executes transfer to run organizations, live sites and GBS-C / RBS-C

Member of the team responsible for delivering the company's integration project to SAP GBS Boehringer Ingelheim, supporting the PE (Production Execution) stream through past experience of key user and end user in previous implementation projects.

Management of Packaging line of solid and liquid forms, with accompanying of productive routine and programming definition with the PCP, providing support on quality area of quality deviations, reviewing procedures (SOP’s) and training, change control and customer complaint . People and performance indicators and efficiency management.
