Currently completing an MBA master’s thesis at Bosch after a successful 4-Month key account management internship at the company during fulltime MBA studies. Played a lead role in conducting market research and developing trend analysis as well as interfacing with client and attending workshops to define the strategy approach for a project. Worked with Bosch team on developing a business model for the project. Led a forecasting, budgeting and invoicing initiative for EMEA, APAC, NA and LA.

Performed role of team lead for a team of 22 cross-functional and cross- cultural personnel focused on redefining a ticket handling process for the EMEA region to achieve improved KPIs. Oversaw stakeholder, vendor and escalation management, coordinated a newly assembled team across all phases of a project focused on operations for North America. Defined the process, developed knowledge documentation and managed knowledge transfer from Nestle client.

Performed role of shift lead for process queries and escalations and held oversight for Level 2 support and vendor coordination. Oversaw MS Exchange server 2003, delivered Level 2 support for MS Exchange servers and related issues, and performed incident management and root cause analysis. Consolidated, defined and developed the internal knowledge database and produced required documentation for the team via a single point of access.
