FRONT END Helpdesk services for large companies within the Platform team (mostly Windows Server) and MSDN and Microsoft TechNet forums moderation (Microsoft Contingent Staff).

- Responsible for IT infrastructure for all 3 branches: Education, Press and Graphics. - Team leading 8 professionals for help desk and support - Responsible for over 40 servers including Windows Servers, with all its services ISA, WSUS, Proxy, AD, Exchange, BKP, plus Linux systems with TS, SQL, WAMP, SAMBA and more - Network / Wifi management and installation – D-Link Enterprise, Cisco, SonicWall, HP, Avaya, VPN, multi site WANs

- Responsible for all IT Infrastructure, plus subsidiary Flexsul - Backup and Storage – Dell Backup and Servers - Computer installation, maintenance, support, purchase - Helping with decision making process with data analisys (specialized spreadsheets) - Network / Wifi management and installation –Dell switches, VPN, multi site WANs - Implementation of new functions on the Datasul ERP system (now TOTVS)
